Trepanning / Gun drilling

We can drill holes ranging from φ5 to φ420 with our self-developed tools. The equipment with 20MPa ultra-high pressure coolant allows us to operate φ5 – φ15 gun drilling in 1/3 of the time that was conventionally required at our company. In addition, by using our own tool, we can reduce the cost of large hole drilling that cannot be achieved with a regular U drill. If you need a thick-walled pipe or pipe with particular wall thickness that is not usually available in a market, please feel free to contact us.

Mass production processing / roughing of difficult-to-cut materials

We also support mass production of thousands of lots using industrial robots and Gandley loader machines. In addition , difficult-to-cut materials such as titanium, high alloys, and duplex stainless steel can be cut at high speed using 20MPa ultra-high pressure coolant to reduce costs and shorten delivery times.
